1 Introduction

Welcome to BetTicket. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "Player") and BetTicket ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the BetTicket website located at betticket.cam and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, jackpot games, and loyalty program features.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager on BetTicket, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

BetTicket is operated for entertainment purposes and serves players primarily from Malaysia, including but not limited to those located in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya and Shah Alam. It is the sole responsibility of each User to ensure that their access to and use of the platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active Account on BetTicket, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. BetTicket strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and will request documentary evidence of age as part of the KYC verification process.
• You must be a natural person of full legal capacity and not acting on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, consultant, agent, or immediate family member of any employee of BetTicket or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either voluntary or regulatory, that would prohibit your participation in online gaming activities.
• You must ensure that online gaming is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you in your country or jurisdiction of residence. BetTicket makes no representation as to the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction outside of its operational territory.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information during registration. Provision of false information constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

4 Registration & Account Management

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on BetTicket at any time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein, including both real-money funds and bonus credits.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify BetTicket immediately via our24/7 live support channel if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to your Account. BetTicket will not be held liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

BetTicket reserves the right to suspend access to any Account where unusual activity is detected, pending investigation. During any such investigation, the Member will be notified by email and given a reasonable opportunity to provide clarifying information.

Members may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting BetTicket customer support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in the Account (net of outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of the KYC process.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

BetTicket supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Members transacting in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR): Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20 and BTC). The availability of specific methods may vary at any time subject to technical or operational changes.

All deposits and withdrawals must be conducted using payment methods registered exclusively in the Member's own name. BetTicket does not accept or process payments from or to third-party accounts, including payment methods registered under a different name. Any detected third-party payment will result in immediate Account suspension pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The Member's Account must have successfully completed KYC verification.
• All applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be met in full prior to withdrawal.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the Member's stated daily or monthly withdrawal limits.
• The Account must be in good standing with no active fraud flags or security holds.

Processing times are indicative only. E-wallet withdrawals via Touch 'n Go, Boost and GrabPay are typically completed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank via DuitNow or FPX) may take 1–3 business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times, typically 15–60 minutes. BetTicket does not guarantee processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, public holidays or system maintenance windows.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

BetTicket may, at its sole discretion, offer promotional bonuses, welcome offers, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, referal rewards and VIP loyalty cashback to eligible Members. All promotions are subject to specific terms applicable to that promotion, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence.

The following general rules apply to all promotions offered by BetTicket:

• Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winings generated from Bonus Funds — after satisfying the applicable Wagering Requirement — are eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering Requirements must be fulfilled within the stated validity period. Failure to meet requirements within the stated timeframe will result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except as explicitly permitted under these Terms.
• BetTicket reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice where there is reasonable cause (e.g., technical error, suspected abuse, fraud).
• Referal bonuses are credited subject to the referred Member completing their first qualifying deposit and meeting minimum activity requirements. Referral fraud, including self-referral or coordinated fake account creation, will result in the forfeiture of all referral rewards and suspension of all involved accounts.
• Birthday bonuses are credited once per calendar year to verified Members in good standing. The applicable amount is determined by the Member's VIP tier at the time of the anniversary month.

7 Gameplay Rules

All games available on BetTicket — including live dealer casino games, slots, sports betting markets, jackpot games and fishing games — are governed by the individual rules presented at the point of play. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with the specific rules, paytables and betting limits applicable to each game before placing a wager.

In sports betting, all wagers are settled in accordance with the official results of the relevant event as recognised by the governing body of that sport. BetTicket reserves the right to void any bet where there is clear evidence of a technical error in odds display, where the event is abandoned, or where the outcome falls outside the scope of the stated settlement rules for that market.

Live sports betting wagers (in-play bets) are accepted subject to real-time data availability. BetTicket shall not be liable for wagers that are accepted in error due to data feed delays from third-party providers. Any wager placed after the official start of an event that is shown as pre-match due to a data latency issue may be voided at BetTicket's discretion.

Maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. These limits may vary by game type, member tier and market conditions. Members are advised to check applicable limits before placing high-value wagers. BetTicket reserves the right to impose individual account betting limits where warranted.

8 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

BetTicket is committed to maintaining a fair, secure and enjoyable environment for all Members. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts or any technical tools designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploitation of software bugs, errors or pricing anomalies to generate guaranteed or risk-free profit ("arbing") without legitimate sporting or gaming risk.
• Collusion with other Members, dealers or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Bonus abuse, including systematic exploitation of promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with legitimate recreational play.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use BetTicket to process, conceal or legitimise proceeds of crime.
• Registration or use of the platform under a false identity, or provision of fraudulent identity documents during KYC.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing BetTicket staff, agents or other Members through any communication channel.

9 Responsible Gambling

BetTicket is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and takes its duty of care to all Members seriously. The Platform enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years and provides a range of responsible gambling tools accessible through every registered account.

Available responsible gambling tools include: deposit limits (daily, weekly and monthly), single session time limits, reality check notifications, and voluntary self-exclusion. 10 Intellectual Property

All content on the BetTicket platform — including but not limited to the BetTicket name, logo, trademarks, service marks, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of BetTicket or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. Nothing in these Terms grants any Member right, title or interest in or to any intellectual property owned by or licensed to BetTicket.

Reproduction, redistribution, modification, commercial use, or any other exploitation of BetTicket's intellectual property without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BetTicket shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services.

BetTicket does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, that it will be free from errors or interruptions, or that any technical fault will be corrected within a specific timeframe. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability, during which time BetTicket will endeavour to communicate disruptions through on-site notices.

BetTicket shall not be liable for any losses arising from: network connectivity failures beyond our control; failures of third-party payment processors; government or regulatory actions affecting platform availability; force majeure events; or the actions of any third party not acting as an agent of BetTicket.

12 Account Termination

BetTicket reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, where BetTicket determines in its reasonable judgment that:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Member has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• The Member has engaged in conduct that BetTicket reasonably believes to be fraudulent, abusive or harmful to the integrity of the Platform;
• The Member has failed to meet age or identity verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request; or
• Continuation of the Account is deemed to create legal, regulatory or reputational risk for BetTicket.

Members may also voluntarily close their Account at any time. Closure requests should be directed to BetTicket customer support via the live chat channel. On voluntary closure, any eligible real-money balance will be returned to the Member's verified payment method following satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

13 Amendments to These Terms

BetTicket reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, BetTicket will make reasonable efforts to notify affected Members by posting a prominent notice on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the BetTicket Platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 12 above.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the BetTicket Platform, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

BetTicket operates for entertainment purposes. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their access to and use of the Platform is lawful under the laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction. BetTicket makes no warranty that its services are appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation, BetTicket may, at its discretion, submit the matter to binding arbitration or refer it to any applicable regulatory or dispute resolution body. The outcome of any such process shall be final and binding on both parties.
